The Wine Country Racing Association was established in 2002 and was the brain child of retired RCMP Cpl. Dean Martin and his wife Joann, both of whom are devoted gear heads. Fordnutz Cougar Club
Back in 1985-86 a group of Mercury Cougar enthusiasts decided to get together and start a car club. The name they came up with was the West Coast Cougar Club.
